Hi, I'm Andres Rodriguez Tomas, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the founder and owner of Rainbow Smiles LLC, an ABA therapy agency based in West Palm Beach, Florida. I am passionate about empowering children and adolescents — from early intervention through age 21 — to reach their fullest potential through evidence-based, compassionate behavior support.

My journey in the field began as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I built a strong, hands-on foundation working directly with clients across a variety of settings, including home, school, and community environments. That experience shaped my commitment to individualized, relationship-centered care.

I went on to earn my Board Certification in Behavior Analysis and have since dedicated my career to providing high-quality ABA services and clinical supervision across South Florida. At Rainbow Smiles LLC, I believe that every child deserves a therapy experience that feels joyful, safe, and meaningful — not only for them, but for their entire family.

I work closely with caregivers, school teams, and multidisciplinary providers to ensure that behavioral goals are meaningful, functional, and carried across all environments. Whether your child is just beginning their ABA journey or transitioning through adolescence, I am here to guide and support your family every step of the way. I am bilingual (English and Spanish), allowing me to serve a diverse range of families throughout our community.
